** ───✦ By applying for a commission, you are agreeing to the following terms between you (the commissioner) and I (the artist, linami) **✦ I can decline your commission if I'm unable to draw itUSAGE
✦ I retain the rights to use the artwork for my portfolio and as an example for my services
✦ commission is for personal use only, meaning the work cannot be used for profit by the commissioner, unless discussed beforehand
✦ you may not use the commissioned art for commercial purposes, unless discussed beforehand and the commercial usage fee paid
✦ PNGTuber models and Live2D Art are applicable for commercial use like streaming and content creation.
✦ you are NOT allowed to use the commission for anything related to NFT, cryptocurrency and AI generators
✦ you may NOT claim the commissioned art as your ownPAYMENT

✦ you must provide a clear reference of the character or some art with them

✦ 3 changes of a finished work are free, after that I will take additional price for extra changes, which can be discussed
✦ Turnaround time: 1-3 weeks. Usually it takes me from a week to a month to complete a commission (PNGTuber model, VTuber design and Live2D Art might take more time)
✦ you will receive a full resolution .png file of the completed artworkVTuber (Live2D Art) and PNGTuber models
✦ VTuber (Live2D Art) : you will receive a cut, ready for rig model
✦ PNGTuber models : you will receive a set of .png files of your character with basic frames (eyes open and closed, mouth open and closed). Additional frames for emotions or hand positions will come at extra cost
✦ VTuber (Live2D Art) and PNGTuber models are different things! be sure about what you're hoping to get before applying to a commission
